The team at Take Care are by far the best I’ve dealt with in the course of my mother’s care needs; the level of care and professionalism is unsurpassed, with regard to both the management and the carers themselves. Requirements have varied over the course of several years, and Anita and Julie have ensured the right individual has been matched with us at every stage. There is a clear and strong focus on quality, and it is evident that the company is very selective about who it hires. The managers are accommodating with task requests, and proactive with re-scheduling whether it’s for staff holidays or at our request. On the rare occasions something cannot easily be resolved, they approach me with a thoughtful and pragmatic solution, rather than give me a problem to deal with myself (which other agencies will tend to do). Take Care really does stand out among its peers, and I always recommend them when discussing my mother’s care with others.
