Mother of Mrs B – Gillingham

Sadly, we won’t need Tracey to assist Mum with her shopping in future. Unfortunately, her health has deteriorated and she has become more frail. We have therefore taken the difficult decision to place Mum in residential care. We would like to thank Take Care and especially Tracey for her kind, dedicated and reliable service over the last few years. One of the reasons we chose Take Care is because they were able to match Mum with someone with whom she was able to form a bond, knowing they would see each other every week. Tracey knew Mum’s likes and dislikes when shopping which made the whole process easier too.
